Everyone deserves help..everyone deserves a chance.

Although Christmas is usually a time of happiness and family comfort, for some it is a time of heightened loneliness, fear or sadness. Below is a list of numbers anyone can contact if need be but please please please ring one of these numbers if: 
  • YOU suffer from depression and/or it is getting worse.
  • You are worried about SOMEONE ELSE who has depression.
  • YOU are a victim of or are in fear of domestic abuse.
  • You are worried about SOMEONE ELSE who may be or is a victim of domestic abuse.
  • YOU or ANYONE you know is a victim of child abuse, neglect, racial abuse or gender/sexuality related abuse.
