Transform Yourself Tuesday - Breakfast Ideas

Here's just a few ideas of what you can have for breakfast without eating bread!

Fritattas

Mix and match any of these!

Ham - Any ham you can find, flavoured ones like honey-glazed or smoked will add more flavour
Cheese - Again you can use any cheeses, soft cheeses like brie/goats cheese or even red cheese or chedder
Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Bacon*
Sausage*
Chicken*
Tomatoes
Garlic

*Pre cook/fry meat before using it

Scrambled eggs

Add
Cheese
Cracked Black Pepper
Herbs
Garlic

Serve with
Mushrooms
Bacon
Sausage
Tomatoes
Ham

Fruit

Fruit is great if you don't want a big breakfast, you can have just a fruit salad, have a fruit smoothie or have fruit with yogurt

Fruit people often overlook
Blueberries
Mixed berries (come cheap as frozen and great for smoothies)
Kiwis
Tinned fruit (peaches/pineapple)
Cranberries
